Returns and Refunds Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY?

  • You will be responsible for the cost of your return.

  • Product return request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

  • Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.

  • Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

  

HOW TO RETURN

Tell us what went wrong, and we'll give your money back in full in store credits.

Please email the following information to info@chicsloth.com and we will advise you on the next steps of returns:

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Photos and/or Videos that show:
    • The fault as clearly as possible
    • Full-length photo of the item

You will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes incurred. It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

 

HOW WILL MY ITEM BE REIMBURSED?

  • You'll receive Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item into your CHIC SLOTH account.
    • Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferrable
    • Credits in CHIC SLOTH account do not expire. Ever!
    • Store credits can be used in your next online purchase with us.
